New install shows no icon on the task bar, no window when trying to open program

I uninstalled Tune up only, and somehow AVG was completely removed. So I downloaded the AVG Internet security from my account and tried a fresh install… Nothing loads up in the task bar or when I try open the app. There's an AVG service running in the task manager, but that's it really.

Used avgclear.exe in safemode and then tried another install… no luck. Tried with the AVG Free… no luck.

Currently doing another AVG Internet security install and waiting to see what happens… np luck so far.
