Please check whether any AVG icon present on your desktop screen, if not, check on control panel "Uninstall Program" window by following the instructions as mentioned in this article: http://avgread.me/1BVxDSY .
NOTE: Do not uninstall any of the program, check whether AVG program is listed in it. If it is present, please proceed to repair AVG Internet Security as mentioned in the above article.
How do I know that the purchases are updated on computer. It says to use Icon at bottom but the icon does not show the names that they say to look for. Being older generation, computer talk is useless. I keep getting these update stuff and I hardly know what I am covered for.
