New laptop but product doesn't show in 'my account

Lately I bought a new laptop. Researched how to deactivate and activate AVG anti-virus protection on the old and new computer. My licence doesn't show in my account and when I try to register it again, I got the message the the product is already registred. Meanwhile I can not protect properly my new device. What can I do?
