Proceed to install AVG Antivirus program as mentioned (here) and if you get any error, provide us the (screenshot) of error here to assist further.

I have just purchased a new laptop and am not sure the AVG was loaded. My subscription is due to be
renewed within the next 30 days. Will you send me an invoice as in past years? I have an account and had a 2 year subscription which will soon expire.
