Purchased new license on 11-06 2015.AVG icon on computer showing license is 2013 edition…Also when i try to reactivate license it only downloads 60% and stops.Have tried numerous times.A MESSAGE APPEARS ON SCREEN WITH THE FOLLOWING:–
COMPUTOR DATA BASE IS OUTDATED.
WEB BROWSING. DATA BASE IS OUTDATED.
AVG ICON SHOWS LICENSE EDITION 2013.
MESSAGE ALSO STATES COMPUTOR NOT FULLY PROTECTED.
HELP ME SORT THIS OUT PLEASE AS IS LICENSE IS NOT WORTH PURCHASE COST IF COMPUTOR NOT PROTECTED.
Hello John. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused . I would request you to run AVG remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG and then re install.
