New PC, transfer activation key

Hi,

I've just purchased a new pc and I'm unable to transfer my activation key for AVG Tune Up.
I've downloaded the latest version but there's no option to enter a key and when I check my account online no subscription is showing.
I have the my purchase email and my subscription is valid for another 15 months.

Can you help.

We apologize for the difficulties. We see that you have registered your AVG PC Tuneup using alternate email address.

Please uninstall the installed AVG program as suggested here: http://avgclick.me/UninstallAVGAV and then proceed with the re-installation of AVG PC Tuneup using this link: http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_PCTuneUp_765.exe.

Run this file, enter your license number to complete the installation process. Please, feel free to let us know if you require any further assistance. Thank you.
