Hi John,
There is no license because you have purchased AVG Protection, please reinstall your  AVG using version availaible in AVG MyAccount and activate it as desctibed in https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate&l=en_US .

Thank you for your reply, however, when I enter my email, it does not recognize it, even though I have an account with that email and a profile.  I tried a second time and a Server Error came up. Any thoughts or instructions would be appreciated… John G.

Hello AVG, I received a pop-up that my subscription to AVG was about to end, so i clicked to renew, paid for a new year/license, but did not receive a license number, and now I continue to get the pop-up telling me that my AVG is about to expire (in 2 days).  When I click active new purchase, it asks for the new license #.  Please advise, thank you, John G.

Hello John. To retrieve your license number, please enter the e-mail address that you used to purchase your AVG subscription into this website Close-icon. Once you have recieved your licence key, please follow http://www.avg.com/gb-en/faq.num-4462 to activate your product.
