New purchase not working

I apologize for the inconvenience. I request you to reactivate the program by re-login to Zen network. Please click on the email address and select "Leave the network". Then click on "Connect" and enter your AVG Myaccount credentials. After that repair AVG Internet Security/ AVG Protection http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG from the control panel and then check if the program works fine.

If you still face any issues, please share the screenshot http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot of AVG dashboard to check and assist further.

I have just purchased a year subscription of unlimited protection.

Every time i go into avg it basically says i have basic protection.  If i do an internet security scan.

It has also asked me to restart my computer about 5 times and still I dont see any change
