I posted this message on Facebook, before I found this home suppoert: Help: I would like to contact you personally in Holland/the Netherlands about my prolongation of AVG Internet. I get an email saying that my subscription will expire, but I paid, I got a licence number and still Myaccount says that my latest bye is in 2015. Why is it IMPOSSIBLE to contact a AVG-helpdesk in the Netherlands. Poor service.

I got a link to go to the helpdesk in Enland. Chatted with Vennilla who asked permission to take over my computer. She tried to uninstall AVG 2015, but my computer got stuck. I had to close of the current and open my computer again.
Now I am one hour later, and got no help, only a lost hour.
I have a meeting now an stop…
So the problem is not solved.
After 2018 (when my current subscription to AVG (with does not work) had ended, I will never buy AVG again.
Thank you for not helping me.
And…connecting to a helpdesk nearly impossible.
