I understand the inconvenience.
I see that you renewed your AVG Ultimate subscription through Google Playstore, please be informed that the purchase done through playstore will not appear on AVG my account. This is the reason you are getting message as "No subscriptions"
To activate your AVG Ultimate in Android device, please follow below mentioned steps:
1.Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Manager -> AVG -> Uninstall.
2. Restart your device once.
3. Open Google play store app on your device.
4. Search for AVG antivirus/cleaner.
5. Locate and install the free version of the app.
6. Now open the installed app.
7. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
8. Select AVG Account.
9. Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app should get installed automatically.
I renewed my subscription last week but the security on all my devices says I have the free trails only my AVG account says I have no subscriptions?

I see that you already submitted the issue to our mobile team and got the same activation steps.
I request you to reply to the same email that you received from mobile team saying that the steps didn't help which will reopen the case and they will be able to provide further steps on how to proceed further.

I have tried this and log into account but it still asks me to upgrade
