New Tab Settings

I have followed the documented steps to change the "new tab" setting but do not get the expected results. Instead of the url I enter into the custom option, new tabs still show a splash page related to Yahoo.com. How can I fix this?  Following is the custom url currently in my "new tab" setting

Do you refer to the tab in AVG Secure browser?
It would be very beneficial if you can send me a screenshot of the issue so I can have a clearer picture of the issue. You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Reason:  Invalid name of certificate. Either the name is not on the allowed list, or was explicitly excluded.
