I've been to the page you linked, approximately two dozen times over the last two days, but when I click on either Phone, Chat, or Email, absolutely nothing happens. My frustration has peaked with AVG and I've requested a refund. We'll see if they're any more attentive to a request for cancellation than they were to my problem.

Just bought AVG Security. I've activated it with the provided key. Cannot activate firewall. Very, very frustrated, and ready to contact Paypal and ask for a refund because none of the Support options are working for me. How the h**l do you contact someone by phone since the computer options don't work?
