We do understand your concern. Please be informed that it seems that by mistake your query was posted twice in AVG community. That is the reason why the AVG SP answered to one post and marked the other as repeated post. And also AB informed the same thing that you have posted twice in community. Please ignore the sales force link provided by support person. She was trying to provide you the link for the post you were answered. Salesforce is a tool for AVG team to document customers query.

Please explain why I received 3 emails to 1 question. I think this link brings up my question: "To see the entire conversation, click: https://support.avg.com/answers?id=906b0000000DZ0v." To protect the experts' privacy I use their initials – 2 replies from SP, and 1 from AB. SP's 1st email addressed my question (but I now feel I did not give SP enough info.) Q1: What is the proper procedure for a user to CLARIFY a prior question & are screenshots allowed to elucidate the query? The 2nd email from SP sounded helpful for RELATED questions by other users, but the link took me to Sales Force and my user name/PW did not work! Q2: What is Sales Force, why are related questions on a different website, and how do I register for Sales Force? Finally, AB (guru) sent me the 3rd email mentioning "multiple topic postings," but that does NOT apply to my ONE post, and AB's email added nothing to address my question or to add to anything written by SP. Q3: Did AB feel I posted twice or more? I did not. Please explain to me what happened. Thank you.
