Hello Angus,
I understand the inconvenience caused. I am sure we will be able to fix this together. I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private), please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access Samsung DVR system with enabled AVG Internet Security.
Best regards,
Alok.
I have done both of these things but still am unable to see my remote cameras - I will probably have to uninstall AVG as I need access to the cameras as soon as possible
The latest version of AVG has just downloaded and I can no longer use my Samsung remove DVR system - I have tried everything to get it gound and have asked AVG to let it through but to no avail - hao can I make this work?
