New VPN update needed to correct the last

This isn't the experience we want you to have. We'd like to look into this & help you.
Please let us know the location (server) to which you're connected through Secure VPN.
Also, clarify whether you've tried restarting the computer once & connect to different servers. 
If possible, please share us the screenshots of the speed test with AVG Secure VPN on & off. 

I've been using AVG software for the past few years with no problems at all, but this most recent VPN software update was a complete disaster!  When my VPN is active the internet no longer works (speeds are effectively zero) and when I deactivate it everything is fine (100Mbps), so clearly I can't use it anymore.  A new software update for it is clearly needed to rollback whatever was changed in the latest release.

I have the same Issue with VPN on 9.18 mbps without 54 mbps.
Connecting to a server in my capital city…
