Upon checking our records, we see that you've raised another request & our colleague has suggested you to uninstall & reinstall AVG program.

I purchased a new 1-year AVG Internet Security license two days ago but it hasn't updated. It now says I just have AVG AntiVirus Free.
I've tried downloading the new software via the email when I purchased and it was taking so long to install I had to close it.
I tried entering the new product key into the currently installed version. It recognises the new license but then in the AVG home it still says it's free license with basic protection.
I need help with updating my license to full protection, which I have already paid for. Immediate help is much appreciated.
