I certainly understand your issue. As per our record you have purchased our AVG Performance program for multidevice and it expires only on 11/9/2016. I certainly understand that you have already installed your AVG performance program. I would request you to follow the below mentioned instructions once:

1) I would request you to open your AVG Zen, please click on your email address that is displayed on the top right corner of your Zen and select the option as "log out as admin"
2) Click on the same place where you had the email address and select the option as "Leave this Zen network" and confirm it by clicking ok.
3) Click on the same place and select the option as "Connect to an existing Zen network" and please enter your username and password correctly then you will get pro version installed on it. If not restart your PC once and check for it.

In August I opted for an early renewal of our TuneUp/Performance subscription. My devices are now available via Zen. However there is no longer any "TuneUp" facility. Has the new version been implemented yet? Will I get TuneUp back available again.?
