Dear, Last Saturday January 14, 2023 I tried to renew my subscription with AVG. I clicked on an offer via myAVG and came to the payment screen. Here I entered all my details and I was able to pay via Ideal.

I still haven't received an activation code. Where is the code? The amount paid is also incorrect. More was paid than the offer indicated. A total amount of € 69.99 has been paid. The account belongs to Worldline NL44 DEUT 0496286323.

I'm afraid I've been scammed or the payment didn't go through?

Can you help or advise me on this.
