I seem to be 'locked out' of my AVG account. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall, repair, run scans amend scan schedule, even reactivate my account but am unable to do so. I've even tried to restore my laptop but still the problem persists. All icons are in red and says that AVG doesn't recognize my computer identity. When trying to access repair/uninstall I get code 0xC0070643. Please advise on what to do as I obviously need my protection up to date.
