The remote support worked 3 hrs on the issue and couldn't solve it.
They said I should not have de-installed the program, as I was told here, this has made things much more complicated.
I was told the developer team would work to find a solution, that's been 4 days ago now.
My daughter requires the computer to prepare for exams.
What options are available here?

I purchased and downloaded the tune up utilities for windows on my laptop and did the whole scan and optimizing process. Now I can't access the laptop anymore. When I choose my account and try to log in, it first starts to log in, then immediately logs out and returns to the screen to choose an account. When I log into admin, I get just the blue screen.
When accessing the task manager and try to open/start anything from there, it saysapplication couldn't be started, side-by-side-configuration invalid. And it says C:\Program files (x86)...
I recall when deleting duplicates that it showed me duplicates with x86 and as there were 4 and the program offered to delete 3 of them, I did that. Obviously that deleted exactly those files that now are missing. I don't know too much about computers and thought that this program wouldn't offer to make any changes (including deleting important files) without offering a warning. I purchased the program exactly because I don't know how to determine what I can delete and what not without closing me out from my computer.
Does anyone have an idea how I can access my computer again?

We apologize to hear that you are unable to boot your windows PC after running AVG PC Tuneup. Kindly try to boot your PC to safe mode as described in this article http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode and try to undo the changes made by AVG PC Tuneup to your PC.
Please follow the instructions below to restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.

I ran the remover tool a 2nd time (no program found but "run it anyway"), did the reinstall and now got these error codes

We are sorry to know that. To fix this issue, we suggest you to reinstall AVG PC TuneUp and see if that fix the issue.

I did the safe reboot as described in the article.
When logging into my account, I get the welcome screen for a few seconds and then immediately the sign out/sign off screen and then I am back at the starting screen to choose the account I wish to log in.
When I log into the admin account I now get in but cannot open the tune up program.
I unplugged the laptop from electricity, took the battery out for a few minutes.
Still the same.
I can open other applications, I opened Firefox, went into mails, downloaded the program again but can't install it, error code 0xe001f921.
I would appreciate further support.
