No access to email via google after tune up

This shouldn't be due to AVG TuneUp's action.
It looks like you are checking your emails by logging into email account from a browser.
If that is the case, did you check the email account login from another browser?
If you have AVG Secure VPN turned on, please turn it off and check whether you are able to access the email.
Similarly, please turn off AVG Internet Security as mentioned in this article and check the status.

I purchased the tuneup multi device on 4 September 2020.  did the tune up this morning and now do not have access to my email via google. Why?  Really not sure if I have clicked on a button I should not have.  here is the message when trying to access: You don't have permission to access "http://skyid.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/" on this server.
