No access to online banking

1. Select a different AVG Secure VPN location and check the status.
2. Disconnect other VPN services that may be running on your PC. If you are connected to another VPN, AVG Secure VPN doesn't work properly.
3. Restart your PC and try to connect to AVG Secure VPN again.
4. Check the configuration of your firewall. Firewall configurations vary according to the vendor or manufacturer.

With VPN on I cannot access my 2 online banking log on pages. I can go to their websites but no logon. I tried 2 different browsers. I turn off VPN and I go to both logon pages.
