I purchased AG Zen and when I log on I am still receiving an error that I have an update but on my sons computer it shows his is expired but we had the same "unlimited" access. I go to my history and products and it shows I have nothing. I JUST purchased this in January and I have had nothing but problems ever since I purchased. Can someone PLEASE tell me what in the world is going on with my account!
