Sorry for the inconvenience caused. To resolve the issue I request you to remove AVG traces using remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ). Please restart to complete the uninstalling process. After running AVG Remover, you may need to manually uninstall any remaining AVG applications and also 'search' for a folder "AVG Remover"(usually in 'C' drive) and please delete it manually. After completely removing AVG, I request you to reinstall your programs 'AVG Protection'( http://avgclick.me/1JpamCM ) and 'AVG Performance'( http://avgclick.me/1FmXxG7 ). Please follow these instructions and let us know the status. Thank you.

On March 1,2015, I subscribed for 1 year to your AVG Protection software.
Recently, a message on my Internet Security Dashboard posted the following message, "There are no active components".
The Computer, Web, Identity, Email and Firewall icons on the dashboard read "Unknown"
My PC Tuneup software, under PC Health, reads " no anti-virus program is active".
Any advice on this issue would be appreciated.
