I purchased at local store the AVG Protection 2015 rather than automatically renew. I followed instructions & it took me 4 1/2 hours last night to get this thing to work as my computer stated I no longer had antivirus protection or firewall protection. What gives AVG?  Please don't fix something that isn't broken…in other words…I liked the old AVG products. Help please.
