I'm rather sceptic. Three technicians of you tried it already on sunday. No result and no further back up. Meanwhile I hired a terchnician myself. He concluded that your software has damaged the computer and the problem can only be resolved by formatting the whole pc. You state your technician will resolve my issue for sure. I will log in now and give it a last try. If it doesn't work, I ask my money back and will not use your software again.
Bert, sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Did you try the Last Known Good Configuration and System restore?
I installed the AVG Driver Updater. Since than I have no access to my audio. I got in touch with technical support but so far they didn't fix the problem. I ran the restore programme six times, but the problem still exists. For my work I badly need access to my audiofiles.
I'm rather desperate also because AVG doesn't fix the problem. Can anybody help?

THanks for your suggestion. Yes, I downloaded the updates (one was denied). THe problem still remains: no audio access, whatever I try.
