Can anyone advise me on how to get audio on my laptop computer? About a week ago, AVG gave me updated drivers, one of which had audio properties. Since then, there is no sound at all on my computer. I've discussed this at length with the support tech team, but they don't seem to know what the problem is or how to fix it. I've tried to get information online, but since I'm not computer educated (this is the reason I subscribed to almost everything that AVG offers), I'm completely frustrated and very angry with AVG.
