If you still have any issue, we suggest you to press and hold the power button of the computer for 20 seconds and then try to boot up your computer.

I ran the scan tool and when I came back the screen is black and will not boot up.  I downloaded some AVG rescue CD onto a zip drive but have no idea what to do with it.  The instructions say launch it, but if the screen is black what do you do???
