Please confirm which AVG program was causing the issue. If it is AVG Internet Security, please reinstall it, disable AVG firewall temporarily and check if the internet connection issue is resolved.

We had to uninstall AVG because the browser is not connecting.
We do have internet connection, but the browser only opened when I uninstalled AVG.
It's even messing with our printers!
