Ha ha ...you're pay too much attention :D
OK...so I have a code for the error, how can I send that to you?
The error code will guide you or me on how this can be fixed so it doesn't happen again. Where can I find 'error codes' for VPN? Or, it that too secret?
It's activated..and current subription seems to be in order.
No, your 'chat' is still NOT available at any AVG URL, I have tried....All I get is this sfaterr I fill in the form and yes I did click on all the right buttons too. But I do get this message everytime I attempt to...and when my attempt fials and I read "We are sorry. Chat is not available." I go back like a a madman and fill in the form again and again with no useful result. Did you know wthat do the same thing over and over again expecting to get differnet results is a sign of insanity? Am I insane or is this something AVG expects me to feel when I continually try to access chat and you tell me I can? It's a joke...do you see my frustration?

I'll certainly be keeping my coorespondance in this Post/Thread ...thank you. Now how can I fix this VNP error using the CODE that the VPN prorgam spat out at me?
Thanks…I'll need to do a reboot and see if I can duplicate the error in VPN. I was not able to grab a screen shot when the event occurred but I did copy the code and then clicked for Support inside the AVG VPN program it'self…I'm sure when I send you the code in an email reply that someone on your Team will know what it means…I have never come across this event code before. I had to force VPN to close in order to get back to windows…it locks out even the AVG Internet Security which I had open as well…it wouldn't close and was locked on the Alert window …I could click history but not "Close" so couldn't even get back to the main menue window for Internet Secuirty…I had to force it all to close and did a restart of IS and VPN. Something else I noted was that my PC slowed to a crawl and both Network Profiles, the VPN (unidentified network) assigned to Public but in Windows it still showed up as Public but in AVG IS it is Private …the ISP Network Profile should fall back to "Private Profile" when VPN fails to load or just fails…I found that very odd…
Question Number 1: I can't get any Chat Support form you guys because the AVG Chat is not working!! Why is this happening?
Question number 2: AVG VPN will not turn back on and I have a "Code" which your VPN Product says I need to give to you to be able to fix your product on my machine. I am not going to give this code out in public on here so you'll need to contact me by phone or email.
Question number 3: And I'm not happy that all those screenshots I have supplied in the past are also in the public domain for all to see!! How do you know that there is not a hacker browsing through this support page looking for customer's details and sensitive data to use for a crime?
Ok, Let's start with my 1st and 2nd Questions because it's obvious the 3rd question is never going to be answered to my satisfaction BUT needs to be addressed by AVG at some stage...just saying.

Yesterday I tried to get support through CHAT on AVG website and I am still experiencing the SAME ISSUE? Yet I am told by members of AVAST that Chat Support is working... THEN WHY IS IT NOT WHEN I CHECKED THIS MORNING???
Annotation 2020-08-27 094918 --- Means date and time (AEST) That I snapped the screenshot and is also the NAMED FILE which I have attached. So please don't tell me that the service it's working when this is clearly not in my case!!

Thank you for writing back to us, Marcus
The slowness with internet speed with VPN turned on is an expected behavior.
This is because VPN encrypts traffic and data before sending it to a server.
Depending on the distance and capacity of the server, this process may cause a slightly slower, but safer, internet connection.
You can change the location in AVG Secure VPN and check whether you could see a change in internet speed.
Kindly share us the screenshot so that we can check and we will also see the issue with the Network profile.
