Windows 8.1 audio service missing.
I tried to fix,no luck.
Then my machine became infected.
Now there are "no active components" after me running AVG PCTuneup.
My screen is locked and the icons won't respond.
I am trying to avoid re-installing WIN 8.1
I cannot back up my data?
Any help
