Please help…this morning I made an online purchase of AVG Ultimate and the moment I clicked on the "pay" button of  my bank pay site ( via Ideal ) instead of the expected AVG site confirming my purchase an AVAST logo appeared that said I believe 401 error. 
I have had a short conversation with AVG customer service through their chatbox only to be told that Ideal payments take 7 to 10 business days to be processed.
Never had this with Ideal. Also, no confirmation email was sent to me by AVG.
Has anyone had any similar experience ?
