Hello,
I placed a purchase for AVG Tuneup of my Internet Security interface. No confirmation received.
Costumer Care want a screenshot to escalate to whatever that is.
I am not going to provide a screenshot of my online secure banking environment, since my bank advice against. Still i submitted a downloaded exact copy of the transaction details of my bank.
No response.
I will take my losses.
However as i can't trust future purchase, after more than a decade i will never purchase AVG products again.
