No connection to server since update

Yesterday there was an update for AVG Protection 2015. Since then I can't make a connection anymore to my server: no connection via Internet Explorere and no incoming e-mails anymore via Outlook.
If I disable the firewall than there is a connection again. How can I resolve this problem ?
