I tried to reset the automatic maintenance in the AVG PC TuneUp program but the dashboard doesn't appear.  I get a box that asks if I will allow changes on my computer, but nothing else.  It doesn't matter if I click yes or no, the box disappears and nothing else happens.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. You can save your screenshot and  attach it  in the comment of this community. I request you to use this tool to uninstall AVG PC Tune up completely: http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe and install it again using this link: http://www.avg.com/us-en/download .

Followed instruction for screenshot.  They didn't work for this screen.  I tried them with other screens and the instructions were fine.  I checked clipboard and the needed screenshot just wasn't appearing.  I finally took a pictute and it is saved.  How do I attach it to send it here?  Can I send it in an e-mail?  I finally tried uninstalling AVG PC TuneUp, but it doesn't uninstall either.  AVG 1-Click Mintenance is giving me the same box and nothing following.  I love your AVG but these two products are very troubling.  I've also lost the active web connections like the blue http.  They just turn a different color; I have to copy and paste them to Edge.
