Getting help is EXHAUSTING.
We have had AVG VPN for a time. I was constantly being asked to pay for Breach Guard and finally, I ordered it. It never worked and it was never used. I spoke with (I think?) Carla on chat and requested to have a refund for the BG. She indicated it could be deducted from my recent renewal which went on our credit card. I have emailed x2 and if I do not get a refund deducted and SOON we will dispute the renewal charge for the VPN. I can easily go elsewhere. Please advise.
