I understand your concern. Please check if you have the latest version(v17.7) of AVG Internet Security installed. If you have latest version of AVG, please run AVG repair avgclick.me/RepairAVG from your computer and check if that fix this issue.
Since my new laptop, windows 10, with same email program as before, I can't resieve or send emails. Up till last week I had to turn the firewall off before everything was send or came in, since this week I even have to turn the email-protection off before it works! Al my other internetacess works with every protection on, does anybody knows whats gooing on?
I already send a request to the support, but they don't answer…
Tried…but didn't work…other solutions? I have version 17.7…

I am sorry to hear that the issue persists. Please uninstall and reinstall Email Protection from AVG settings. Check if that fix the issue.
