I downloaded a free product then purchased a 1 year subscription to the product online, paid via my master card on 02 September 2015.09.04. I received no email with my order and invoice etc.
I entered my product key but then unfortunately I pressed the wrong button and I reset my computer to factory settings losing everything including my download I just purchased.
I started the process again but I do not have my product key. After enquiring with AVTG I got the following response:
AVG We are unable to locate your account in our internal database with the details you have provided us. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

If you had purchased your AVG product from a reseller, please contact them directly for assistance with your query.

If you have not purchased AVG from a reseller, we would require more details to retrieve your account. Such as,

·  Registered Email Address with AVG catherina.marx@gmail.com
·  Purchase Order ID - ?
·  Purchase Invoice Number - ?
·  Your postal address (Street, City & Zip) – 2 cartmoor street, Sherwood ,Port Elizabeth, 6000
·  Order confirmation email/invoice - ?
·  Receipt details – paid via mastercard on 02 September 2015

I need my invoice, order and product key, how will I get this?

I did not write down the order or invoice number - I assumed it would be e-mailed to me which it didn't so I do not have any of YOUR details but the payment was processed.  I think it was the AVG  Tuneup 2015
