No fully protection

I have a problem with the protection of my (windows)computer. On 19 october 2017 i have renewed my subscription (number 10868387572). I can see in myaccount that it is ok, but on my computerit is not ok. What to do?  (I am not so happy with this renewsystem!)
Please give me a clear description (in my own language if possible)

I also see that you were AVG Internet Security which is different from AVG Internet Security - Unlimited. In this case, I request you to remove AVG completely along with any previous traces using the AVG clear tool/AVG Remover tool and then do a fresh installation of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited 2017. Please follow the instruction ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product ) to run AVG Remover tool and AVG Clear tool. After the computer reboots, please follow the instruction (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection) to download/install/activate AVG Internet Security - Unlimited.
