No I want to stop an account,and money being taken

Cannot find out on AVG Home Support, or anywhere on their site, how to stop an account being automatically renewed.
I think the account 487 155 180 002 620 is in my name Pat Cook, but it was my husband who used it. He died 30 Jan this year, I do not need an account. AVG has recently taken money out of my account, I had asked online for it not to be renewed on 20th May 2020, it was due for renewal on 1 July 2020. but £44.99 was taken. Now I am receiving message again saying an account will be renewed, in a few days. I am helpless, I cannot find out how to stop the account being used.  It is not needed now my husband has died. I need help, I dont want more money leaving my account.
