We're sorry to know that.
It is not possible for AVG TuneUp scan to affect the internet connection.
However, you can revert the changes made by AVG TuneUp as mentioned under "Undo actions performed by AVG TuneUp" topic of this article. 
To be sure, your PC says as connected to internet, but you couldn't access the websites?
If you have a third party antivirus installed, disable its protection and check the status with the internet.
