No internet access when using AVG Internet Security

When using AVG I used to get a message on all of my browsers saying no internet connection.

 
I've followed all of the steps to rectify this and I now get "This Site Can't Provide A Secure Connection"

I've restarted my computer twice, I've uninstalled and reinstalled AVG several times, I've updated, everything I can find on here.
