First, let us check which AVG program is causing the issue.
Please turn off AVG Secure VPN and check whether you are able to access the internet.
Next, disable AVG Internet security Firewall by referring this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Disable-AVG-Antivirus) and check the status. 
Let us know whether the internet is connected, but you can't access any websites or the internet is not getting connected at all.

i just download avg ultimate vpn cleaner and track now i cant access the internet says proxy and firewall problems i dlnt know how to fix it
