No Internet connection when activating Kill Switch

Hi Sreenu.

I know what the Kill Switch does. That why I want it to be enabled. I have the EXACT same setting (Kill Switch enabled and so) On my old Macbook and on my IOS Iphone. On those two devices it has always worked perfectly.

I have tried connecting to multible servers, but still no internet connection when Kill Switch is enabled, only when I turn the Kill Swich off. 

I have also tried deliting and installing the AVG VPN application again.

I have both Mac's running on the same wifi in front of me now but only the old one works when Kill Switch is enabled.

Please try connecting to a different VPN server location by clicking 'Change location'.

Hi. I just installed AVG VPN on a brand new Macbook pro. The VPN has the exact same setting as my old Macbook pro, but for some reason there is no internet connection when i activate the Kill Switch on the new mac. On the old one there's no problem.

Anybody come across the same problem.

Same setting on my IOS  AVG VPN, and no problem when Kill Switch is activated.

Mark, I apologize for the difficulties. We regret the inconvenience caused.
The same thing is happening to most of our users! AVG is aware of this issue, and we are already working to repair it as soon as possible.
In this meanwhile, I'd recommend you to uninstall & reinstall the AVG Secure VPN and check the status.

Initially, let us know the version of your MAC in which you're experiencing the issue. It seems that you're using Monterey, as there is an ongoing issue with the kill switch.
