No internet connection when vpn is turned on

We would like to get a clarification regarding this.
Do you mean that the internet connection is slowed down or completely disconnected when AVG Secure VPN is turned on?
Try changing the location available in AVG Secure VPN and check the status.

I have an internet connection when Avg vpn is turned off…But as soon as i turn on the vpn the internet connection drops. This all happened after i updated avg vpn.
Absolutely cheesed off
