No internet/google chrome

We will help you to sort it out. You had contacted our remote technician, we uncheck the box "Enable tracking detection" in AVG Anti-track and internet/google chrome was working fine.
Please go to control panel > program and features, uninstall AVG Anti-track and check the status. I also request you to disable AVG protection and check if you can access internet, right click on AVG system tray icon and toggle the On/Off slider to disable AVG protection.

Dear Sir,
And yet again I have no internet and I get a white field above on the left there is written "nameless"!
I am very angry about this!
Solve it in a moment otherwise I cancel all the AVG products.
I already resetting twice.
But no solution I must have google chrome back in a moment.
And sent the money back from AVG Anti Track which I canceled.
Give me reply as soon as possible!

I already uninstall AVG Anti-Track a couple of days ago.
But the remark:disable AVG protection,which AVG system tray icon I have to use?
And is it AVG Tune Up I have click on?
