This isn't the expected behavior with AVG.

Let's check which program of AVG is causing the issue for analysis.

Did you disable AVG protection (AVG Internet Security) and check if you can access the websites? To disable: Right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to disable AVG temporarily

Are you able to access websites, after uninstalling AVG AntiTrack?

Keep us informed about the status.
