However, Turkey's government has imposed restrictions on access to all commonly used VPN service networks, including AVG. Hence, you're experiencing this issue.

Hi,
I see thah this is a frequent problem, but the steps below did not solve it.
I can confirm the following with no success -
I have internet connection with VPN disabled.
I have changed VPN locations.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
I have restarted pc.
I have an active subscription.
I have checked no other VPN or proxy is active.
Then I set the proxy (for the active connection) to 208.67.222.222 …still no internet…and comes back immedaiately when I switch off the VPN connection.
Any other advice?
If this is all I request a full refund.

I think cancelling the subscription will be the way I should proceed.
