No Local access with VPN

We request you to try the below steps and check on the issue once.
Open AVG Secure VPN. Go to ☰ Menu ▸ Settings. In the general tab check the Enable local device access when using VPN.

I've been using AVG VPN on a Windows 11 PC for the last 2 years without any issues. However, very recently, I am no longer able to access local devices when the VPN is activated. So, I cannot access my NAS, Home Assistant and many other GUI operated devices. Everything is on the same subnet of 192.168.10.0.

Has something changed in the last month or so? And if not, why could I have this issue now recently, and not for the last 2 years?
