Despite paying for and having a subscription to AVG internet security until 3/11/19 I only appear to have AVG free antivirus. The toolbar has changed and it says i haven't done a scan for 5 months!? When I log into my account, under "my products" it says I have no subscriptions, but under "my order history" it clearly shows that I have an ongoing subscription to Internet security. What's going on? How do I go about having this corrected?
